Royalty Free Pictures - Panama Canal 2009 - 100 Pictures
The 100 pictures are from over 1,800 taken on the same itinerary, both west & east crossing in January 2009. The ports of call were: Cabo San Lucas, Acapulco, Huatulco (Mexico), Puntarenas (Costa Rica), Panama Canal (Panama) and Cartagena (Columbia). This DVD contains separate folders from each port of call.

Royalty Free USAF Live Fire Power Air Show **
The 100 pictures are from over 2,200 taken at the 2007 USAF Live Fire Power Air Show at Nellis AFB out side Las Vegas, NV. This was an invitation only air show, not open to the public. All current USAF aircraft were present and live weapons were used.

By placing an order for any Royalty Free Product offered by Peter Boonisar, your accept and agree to be legally bound by the following Licensing Agreement.
Licensing Agreement Terms & Conditions
Definition: "Image(s)" means all visual representations furnished to customer by Peter Boonisar (“Photographer”) on the above Royalty Free CD/DVD products.
Rights: All Images and rights relating to them, including copyright, remain the sole and exclusive property of Photographer. No rights are transferred to customer unless and until Photographer has received timely payment in full. The only rights granted to the Photographs are those specifically set forth in these Terms & Conditions. All other rights are reserved by Photographer. The Images may contain copyright and other information embedded in the image file or elsewhere; removing and/or altering such information is strictly prohibited and constitutes violation of the Copyright Act.
Rights Granted: Photographer grants customer unlimited personal non-commercial uses; specifically, the Images may not be used for advertising, promotional, merchandising or other commercial uses. If customer is unsure whether a use is allowed, please contact Photographer for written permission prior to such use. No Model or Property release exists for the Images. ANY ADDITIONAL USE OF THE IMAGES REQUIRES PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT AND PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL FEES.
Alterations: Customer may not make or permit any alterations of the Images, including, but not limited to, additions, subtractions, or adaptations of the Images.
Indemnification: Customer will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Photographer against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of any use of any Images.
Transfer and Assignment: Customer may not assign, transfer, sublicense or sell any rights granted herein, in whole or in part, whether voluntary or by operation of law without the express written consent of Photographer.
Waiver: No amendment or waiver of any terms is binding unless set forth in writing and signed by the Photographer.
Warranty: Photographer makes no warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for the Images. Some states do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, and you may have other rights, which may vary from state to state. Photographer shall not be liable to customer or any other person or entity for any general, special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages arising out of these Terms & Conditions or otherwise.
Disputes: Except as provided in below, any dispute regarding these Terms & Conditions shall, at Photographer's sole discretion, either: (1) be arbitrated in Atascadero, CA, under rules of the American Arbitration Association and the laws of CA. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Any dispute involving $7,500.00 or less may be submitted without arbitration to any court having jurisdiction thereof; OR (2) be adjudicated in Atascadero, CA under the laws of the United States and/or of CA.
